CHILDREN'S EYE EXAMINATIONS
As a family-focused independent practice, we work hard to make sure our eye care works for patients of all ages. Children’s eye care is especially important because children’s eyes are still developing and many eye conditions emerge in childhood. We are committed to making sure all the children and teenagers in our community get the eye care they need in a way that works for them.
KID'S EYE TESTS
One of the most important parts of taking care of your child’s eye health is having their eyes regularly examined. Because eye conditions and vision loss often begin in childhood and tend to get worse over time, having their eyes checked is vital to ensuring they get the vision correction or care they need. It is recommended to have young children’s eyes examined every year. Eye examinations are also free through the NHS for children under 16 and teens under 19 in full-time education.
GLASSES FOR CHILDREN
Glasses change the way you look and for children, this can be exciting and nerve-racking. We offer a wide range of glasses to appeal to all different personalities and our dispensing team are experts at providing a stress-free environment for kids to try on as many frames as they like. Our goal with children’s eyewear is to make sure each child ends up with glasses they love.
